Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the managers to control the Plant Department to execute the projects.
∎ Assist in quality control and assurance of the projects especially in mechanical field
∎ Ensure project cost management, control of implementation schedule, and to be responsible for quality control.
∎ Extend close and necessary support to the electrical engineers to finish the project
∎ Design the mechanical and piping system of ETP, WTP, SEP, CETP, etc.
∎ Monitoring & ensuring the periodic & timely activities and reporting
∎ Undertake evaluation of works of maintenance team with regards to the performance of all machines and equipment
∎ Assessing project requirements and complete blueprint designs using CAD software and make appropriate adjustments.
∎ Measuring the performance of mechanical components, devices and engines
∎ Scheduling meetings and training sessions when necessary with the clients.
∎ Preparing documentation of critical analysis and providing suggestions for correcting errors
∎ Collaborating with Project Managers for proper allocation and tracking of resources
∎ Negotiating budgets, timescales and specifications with the clients and managers
∎ Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient
∎ Liaising with suppliers in terms of specification of machines, components and spare parts
∎ Undertaking relevant research and producing and implementing designs and test procedures
∎ Presenting designs to managers and internal stakeholders
∎ Testing, evaluating, modifying and re-testing products and providing other technical advice
∎ Analyzing and interpreting data and writing reports and timely submission of required reports to the management.
∎ Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends and recommend actions
∎ Preparing estimates for labor costs, materials costs, and equipment costs to determine project budgets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 to 8 years experienced in the relevant field
∎ Experience in water & wastewater treatment field will be essential
∎ Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skill
∎ Good Understanding on machinery, tools, equipment and materials
∎ Strong leadership initiative and planning skill
∎ High sense of urgency and good attention to detail and working under pressure
∎ Data collection and analysis
∎ Leadership

∎ Strong communication skills
