Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all mechanical maintenance activities.
∎ Maintaining Machinery, Repairing & other related Works.
∎ Can forecast spare part planning to achieve maximum output of machines and to reduce breakdown timing.
∎ Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation.
∎ Able to performing of Erection, Installation, Drawings and Technical specifications.
∎ Proper knowledge for management, implementation and monitoring.
∎ Must know the procedure of service, inspection & maintenance.
∎ Be able to demonstrate Mechanical skill.
∎ All kinds to troubleshooting must be handling individually.
∎ Must have the ability to preliminary research & develop new techniques for keeping the machinery safe & smooth operation.
∎ Should capable and handle of mechanical chain & materials requirement planning.
∎ Formwork and Equipment:
∎ Ensure formwork, equipment and bracing support to all construction projects within lead time.
∎ Make sure of effective storing of existing materials of different projects.
∎ Ensure repair and rectify of old disorder materials so that those can be used for the next project.
∎ Project Metal Work:
∎ Plan and estimate each metal work-canopy, grill and railing appropriately.
∎ Ensure fabrication of metal work to deliver and set up in the project timely.
∎ Fire-fighting System and Ventilation System:
∎ Check the quality of purchased materials for Fire-fighting System and Ventilation System.
∎ Provide technical support to distributors on product installations to ensure field test installations conform to appropriate product application.
∎ Supervise the work of distributors during installation (according to approved design) to avoid any inconsistency.
∎ Project Areas and Project/Workshop Staff Safety:
∎ Develop manuals and safety guidelines of different electromechanical equipment handling in safe.
∎ Ensure utmost precaution for a safe working place in projects/workshops to avoid any fatality/major accidents.
∎ Keep a proper recording of accidents and reduce incidents and maintain organized projects/ workshop.

∎ Age 21 to 30 years

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
