∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Padding & Quilting/Textile/Garments Accessories.
∎ Excellent communication/ report writing skills.
∎ Good aptitude with skills to educate and manage maintenance team for doing multiple operations.
∎ Knowledge of Internet & E-mail and other MS office programs.
∎ Leadership and motivation skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance.
∎ Ability to read and interpret technical drawing, schematics and equipment manuals.
∎ Able to troubleshoot all kind of mechanical issues into the factory.
∎ Knowledge of safety regulations, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards and compliance requirements.
∎ Experience in preventive & corrective maintenance practices.
∎ Proficiency in using diagnostic tools & mechanical instruments.
∎ Strong problem solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiency.
∎ Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Must have good experience in generator, lathe, Welding, Forklift and different pump operations.
∎ Perform routine inspections and servicing of machinery.
∎ Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
∎ Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns & emergencies.
∎ Good communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and other departments.
∎ Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requirements.
∎ Basic knowledge of Electrical operations.
∎ Performing equipment inspection, repair and corrective maintenance.
∎ Strong idea to spare parts issues and suggest to improvements.
∎ Keep accurate maintenance records and equipment logs.
∎ Any other job assigned by the higher management.
