Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute preventive maintenance plan for each of the machines and equipment.
∎ Optimize sourcing of spare parts by balancing between cost and quality.
∎ Provides analysis and resolution of repetitive equipment failures, and take actions to address and improve these failures.
∎ Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services, and following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures etc.
∎ Provide training to operators on machine use.
∎ To understand construction design of projects by studying project concept, architectural structural drawings& models.
∎ Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site; verifying calculations and placements.
∎ Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise repairs of equipment.
∎ Estimate project costs by calculating raw materials, labor, and related costs.
∎ Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
∎ Provide technical expertise to maintenance people e.g. Supervisor, Foreman, Fitters etc.
∎ Supervise technician's work as per procedure and plan of production, maintenance etc.
∎ Support purchase team by providing technical information and making sure all equipment, tools, spare parts are right condition.
∎ Monitor, reduce and control maintenance cost.
∎ Other responsibilities as required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
