Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from reputed institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Operation Maintenance, Production

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant should have experience in Operation & Maintenance of all types of production Machines.
∎ Assist to operate the plant in a safe, smooth and effective manner by regular maintenance of the above equipment as required by superiors' work order and to reduce downtime by equipment faults.
∎ Control and economic consumption of spare parts, and other consumables items.
∎ To attend for emergency maintenance in the times other than the regular working hours if required.
∎ To comply with all maintenance procedures, instructions and to discharge responsibilities related to ISO standard for Environment, Quality Management System and Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
∎ Assist in monitoring, record process parameters and notify the controlling officer.
∎ Make periodic rounds of production Machine, Generator, others Machine observing conditions, note abnormal conditions and take corrective actions.
∎ Understand fault, troubles and response with prudent actions/maintenance.
∎ Maintain proper documentation e.g., log books, maintenance reports, records of spare parts consumption, incident/accident reports etc.
∎ To coordinate with other departments as required. For example, cooperate and assist in operational activities with the Production department, etc.
∎ Good knowledge on materials, tools, spares and machinery used in the Heavy Manufacturing industry.
∎ Monitor raw material management as per requirement.
∎ Manage storage space for finished product & wastage.
