∎ B.Sc or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any recognized university/ institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Factory.
∎ Factory: 3/D Chanpara, Ziabag, Uzampur, Uttarakhan, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visiting client site and do the estimation by gathering proposals, layouts, and related documents.
∎ Identifying labor, material cost, and time requirement for production.
∎ Costing of products.
∎ Preparing offers for customers.
∎ Should be expert in AutoCAD
∎ Should be expert in 2D/3D Design
∎ Must be interested in guiding people towards innovative and cost effective technology.
∎ Ability to present financial benefits or tradeoffs like payback period, running maintenance, directives towards green concept.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who have 2-3 years working experience in apparels industry for maintenance or engineering
∎ Skills Required:
∎ Must be proficient in several software like MS Office Pack, Project planning, Auto CAD, solid works, Arena.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills to communicate and ability to work inside a team is highly appreciable. A strong interpersonal skill is highly recommended.
∎ Unique combination of creative and analytical talents.
∎ Ability to accumulate information objectively and organize in a clear manner.
∎ Should be smart, energetic with excellent interpersonal & communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, copy with stress and stay calm in a crisis.
∎ Any certification on design work.

Salary: Negotiable
