∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed public/private institution (preference will be given to BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, IUT, AUST etc.)

Job Context:
∎ Department - Electro Mechanical Engineering
∎ Type of Employment - Permanent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise of all type of electro mechanical work at the construction project sites as per drawings
∎ Study and prepare specifications of all type of EME works like sub-station, generator, fire protection, detection and alarm system, electric pump, lift, escalator, HVAC system etc.
∎ Check & sign of all types of bills of EME works of the site
∎ Review all Mechanical and Plumbing design and drawing.
∎ Check & finalize of requisition of EME materials
∎ Check & approve of MRR of EME materials
∎ Finalize design & drawing related decisions with the approval of respective consultant/ management
∎ Coordinate with Head of EME Department for decisions & other problems related to EME of the site
∎ Check and ensure the quality of EME materials before use
∎ Supervise the electrical work to ensure that it is executed to the correct line & level that the materials & workmanship comply with the specification
∎ Monitor & check the electrical works, methods & workmanship
∎ Attend EME works to ensure the workmanship
∎ Estimation the Preliminary cost of EME works
∎ Finalize detail BOQ with project estimation of EME works
∎ Finalize detail MOQ from BOQ for controlling the consumption of electrical materials
∎ Estimate BOQ for labor cost and time to time check in field actual work
∎ Control material consumption at site (cost control) as per MOQ
∎ Estimate Rate analysis for any item of electrical works
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-4 Years of experience in relevant field
∎ Technical: Basic knowledge on Sub-station, Generator, Lift, Fire protection system, internal electrification system, HVAC, Pump, Vertical transportation etc.
∎ Functional: Knowledge on Residential, Commercial & High-rise building
∎ Knowledge: Practical knowledge on all MEP issues
