Job Context:
∎ National Energy Services Limited (NESL) a company incorporated in Bangladesh provides a wide range of services for employment of National and Expatriate personnel to Oil & Gas, Telecommunication, Power and Construction sectors in Bangladesh.
∎ One of our prospective client working in infrastructure projects in Bangladesh is looking for services for the mentioned position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reports to Project Construction manager or Site Construction Manager.
∎ Maintains direct daily contact with subcontractor’s representatives, Craft Supervisor and other Project field staff.
∎ Responsible for the protection and promotion of the Project interests.
∎ Job Planning - Create material handling and site utilization plans for specific areas. Coordinate with Project Engineer’s and Office Engineer’s on material needs, RFIs, etc.
∎ Scheduling - Participate in the project scheduling. Maintain 4-week schedule for his/her area.
∎ Coordinate and supervise Company work force in his/her area.
∎ Monitor field variations and keep the Project Superintendent informed of these changes.
∎ Ensure that subcontractors understand job schedules and make every effort to meet them.
∎ Review manpower requirements relative to meeting current job progress schedules, follow-up for timely delivery of materials to meet established schedules
∎ Coordinate work among the various trades and supervise and direct the work of the line and grade crews.
∎ Monitor the work to assure good quality control, and to make certain that work conforms to all plans and specifications.
∎ Material Receiving - Be sure that material received is properly inspected for quantity and quality, and that the receiving tickets are properly signed and coded and given to the Jobsite Administrator.
∎ Maintain Project Logs
∎ Other duties as delegated by the Building Construction Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ More than 10 year experience in corresponding field with minimum 5 year Mechanical Engineering experience in infrastructure projects.
∎ Strong computer skills with familiarity of Microsoft office suite of programs.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
∎ Candidates having work experience from Middle East, Southeast Asia in related field shall be preferred.

Salary: Negotiable
