Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn, Textile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Mechanical maintenance and monitoring of machines on the factory floor.
∎ Maintain and improve all machinery for high-quality yarn production.
∎ Solve problems, optimize processes, and stay ahead of industry trends.
∎ He is also responsible for controlling budget and materials consumption against the master budget and maintaining the safety standard in executing areas. In addition, he needs to check & verify the department equipment, products, and materials against their approved specification.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To minimize the idle time of machines by preventing breakdowns of machines.
∎ Plan for routine and preventive maintenance program.
∎ Cleaning and Lubrication of machines by following the standards procedure.
∎ Knowledge of different types of bearings, bushes, gears, and their applicability.
∎ Reduce the sound and vibration levels emitted from machines.
∎ Knowledge of installation of machines.
∎ Must utilize the mechanics to the fullest.
∎ Capable of handling the mechanics and maintaining the rules of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Any Jute Mills person will be prefered.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
