maintenence, Rental and Logistics
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major jobs and responsibilities include but not limited to: -
∎ Monitoring the market for rent of all types of heavy equipment to other clients.
∎ Monitoring maintenance and repairing works of heavy vehicles as trucks, Pick up, wheel loaders and concrete pumps etc
∎ Identify vehicles' problems and ensure the quality of all spare parts & repair works.
∎ Monitoring and supervise to the mechanics team.
∎ Properly Maintain vehicles logbook, documentation
∎ Maintain required stock of spare parts to avoid any production failures.
∎ Motivate all members related to machine operation & maintenance so that they can contribute
∎ Lead the technical team to resolve technical issues.
∎ Conduct monthly meetings with drivers, helpers, and the technical team.
∎ Monitoring transport management system, and documentation of all vehicles.
∎ Verify the fuel consumption of all vehicles by checking and controlling them.
∎ Responsible for installation, erection, commissioning, and servicing of plant machinery and all types of electrical channels, lighting systems, power points & all other electrical works.
∎ List out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment and machinery
∎ Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within a short time after solving the faults.
∎ Ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Safety and Environmental Regulations.
∎ Maintaining optimum spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.
∎ Handles confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, and diligence.
∎ Any other assignments are given by the management from time to time.
