Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate mechanical and electromechanical systems and products
∎ Design mechanical and electromechanical products and systems
∎ Confirm system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods and properties.
∎ Develop manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components.
∎ Assure system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished-product and system capabilities; and confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
∎ Prepare product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
∎ Comply with government regulations.
∎ Prepare full preventative maintenance plan.
∎ Keeps equipment operational by maintenance and repair services
∎ Maintains system and product data base
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong technical writing ability
∎ Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills
∎ Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, lean manufacturing etc).
∎ Competent user of spreadsheet and database software to compile, analyze, and present data.
∎ Ability to execute tasks on its own
∎ Minimum five years' experience in production process.
∎ Project management experience in Dish Wash liquid, Toothpaste, Shampoo, Soap, Talcum Powder and Detergent (Powder & Liquid) etc. is preferred
Salary: Negotiable
