Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed institute. No third class or CGPA below 2.5 in any academic degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation and Maintenance of Mechanical Systems i.e. VRF Air Conditioning, Central Air Conditioning, Split Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler, Water Treatment Plant, Pressurized Water Supply, Water Body Filtration, Water Pump, Soil & Waste Water Drainage Systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
∎ Trouble shooting of Mechanical Systems.
∎ Preparing standard operating procedure (SOP) of Operation & Maintenance of Mechanical Systems.
∎ Generate regular (daily, weekly, monthly) report of operation of Mechanical Systems.
∎ Saving electricity cost by optimum usage of electro-mechanical systems.
∎ Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
∎ Direct and coordinate installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and user requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years work experience in maintaining mechanical services of a large commercial / office building.
∎ Proficient typing skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Generate report in Microsoft Excel.
∎ Operating AutoCAD 2D Software.
∎ Read mechanical drawings and generate as built drawings.
∎ Smart communication Skills.
