Ekonex Block Factory, located in Mirsarai, Chattogram, is a reputed block manufacturing company seeking an experienced Mechanical Engginer with practical experience in Real Estate, Construction, Block Factory, or Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) Projects.
Important Requirement:Only candidates with relevant practical experience in the above-mentioned sectors are encouraged to apply. Candidates without relevant experience need not apply.

Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all mechanical machinery and equipment of the block factory.
Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of block-making machines, concrete mixers, conveyors, compressors, pumps, and other mechanical equipment.
Plan and conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Monitor machine performance and identify mechanical faults to minimize production downtime.
Supervise installation, commissioning, alignment, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
Ensure proper lubrication, inspection, servicing, and replacement of machine parts as required.
Maintain maintenance schedules, machinery records, spare-parts records, and breakdown reports.
Coordinate with Production and Electrical teams to ensure continuous and efficient production.
Monitor consumption and availability of mechanical spare parts, tools, lubricants, and maintenance materials.
Supervise technicians, mechanics, and maintenance workers and assign daily maintenance activities.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety procedures during maintenance work.
Analyze recurring machine problems and take corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with suppliers and external service providers for machinery repair, spare parts, and technical support.
Support management in machinery selection, capacity improvement, modification, and installation of new equipment.
Ensure compliance with company safety, maintenance, and operational procedures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports and submit them to management.
Perform any other mechanical engineering and maintenance-related duties assigned by management.
