Ekonex Block Factory, located in Mirsarai, Chattogram, is a reputed block manufacturing company seeking an experienced Electrical Enggineer with practical experience in Real Estate, Construction, Block Factory, or Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) Projects.

Important Requirement:Only candidates with relevant practical experience in the above-mentioned sectors are encouraged to apply. Candidates without relevant experience need not apply.

• Responsible for operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and supervision of all electrical systems and equipment of the block factory.

• Ensure uninterrupted power supply and smooth operation of block-making machines, concrete mixers, conveyors, compressors, pumps, motors, and other electrical equipment.

• Conduct preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical machinery and installations.

• Diagnose electrical faults and take prompt corrective action to minimize production downtime.

• Monitor and maintain electrical panels, MCC, DBs, control systems, motors, generators, transformers, and related equipment.

• Supervise installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.

• Ensure proper inspection, servicing, wiring, earthing, and protection systems of all electrical installations.

• Maintain electrical maintenance schedules, equipment records, breakdown reports, and service history.

• Coordinate with Production and Mechanical teams to ensure continuous and efficient factory operation.

• Monitor electricity consumption and identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost reduction.

• Supervise electricians, technicians, and maintenance workers and assign daily electrical maintenance activities.

• Ensure availability of electrical spare parts, cables, switches, breakers, contactors, sensors, and other maintenance materials.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company safety procedures.

• Coordinate with utility/service providers, contractors, and suppliers for electrical works and technical support.

• Analyze recurring electrical problems and implement corrective and preventive measures.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly electrical maintenance reports for management.

• Perform any other electrical engineering and maintenance-related duties assigned by management.
