Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Mechanical

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Manager to control the Plant Department to execute the projects.
∎ To be responsible for quality control of the projects especially in mechanical.
∎ Project cost management, schedule control, responsible for quality control of the projects.
∎ Support the electrical engineers to finish the project
∎ Design:
∎ Design the mechanical and piping system. Implement the system. Get the Vietnamese standard, Industrial Estate's standard and related technical requirement.
∎ Expected Results- Accuracy, Comfort with Customer specification, Qualified project and cost save.
∎ Cost Management:
∎ Find the high-quality product with reasonable price, Price negotiation
∎ Expected Results- Cost, Quality, Delivery on time
∎ Document control:
∎ Prepare the schedule for each project according to Customer request and regulation
∎ Prepare testing and collect the quality certificate of equipment
∎ Prepare operation manual and collect instruction manual from manufacturer
∎ Update the data base.
∎ Expected Results- Customer satisfactions, Correctly
∎ Construction:
∎ Manage and control the project schedule including equipment delivery.
∎ Quality control follows Customer specification.
∎ Be a supervisor to ensure the safety at the site.
∎ Expected Results- Follow Customer schedule and specification, No accident at site
∎ Training:
∎ Attend the training from Superior
∎ Training to other engineers
∎ Expected Results- Development, Self study
∎ MAJOR CHALLENGES:
∎ Work with Customer, General contractor, other Division and other Department
∎ Required Competencies- English communication, Planning and Communication, Collaboration, Human relation, Clear report
∎ Most of working time at the site and travelling quite often
∎ Required Competencies- Adaptability, Flexibility, Problem solving, Self studying
