Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed public University.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in installation, commissioning, qualification & validation of all machinery & equipment as per cGMP standards.
∎ Running of machines/equipment on agreed efficiencies and ensuring maximum utilization in all production Machiner/units.
∎ To prepare and execute all kinds of documents related to the operation and maintenance of all machines.
∎ To carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule and guideline/checklist and to keep the record in machine service card.
∎ To prepare the list of all kinds of spare parts and hand over it to engineering warehouse to carry out the maintenance works smoothly and to ensure proper inventory of all machinery & spare parts.
∎ To work with experts from suppliers and company engineering team during machine installation, repair and validation.
∎ To prepare and review documents like SOP, URS, TCS.
∎ To prepare and review documents like Preventive maintenance (PM), Breakdown maintenance (BM), and Predictive maintenance (PMD).
∎ To prepare review documents like Over Time Report, and Store requisition report.
∎ To maintain utility distribution line of Pharma factory.
∎ To maintain engineering history files, engineering drawings, and other validation documents.
∎ To provide practical training to subordinates for skill development.
∎ To organize team or technical personnel for planning and executing the preventive and breakdown maintenance of all machinery.
∎ To carry out all works assigned by the higher management from time to time.
∎ To maintain good interpersonal relationships with other departments.
∎ Meeting and discussion with project team members to identify & resolve issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 1-2 years of working experience in pharma utility will get preference.
