Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B. Sc) in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8 years' experience in MEP works.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for providing Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) engineering design review, coordination, code input and construction technical support for all company projects assigned upon.
∎ Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish the technical specification of all types of equipment like water pumps, fire pumps, dewatering pumps, mechanical ventilation, etc.
∎ Review and respond to the designs, drawings, specifications and work schedule submitted by contractors and vendors.
∎ Lead the preparation of detailed estimates, forecasts, and change orders for all plumbing, sanitary & fire items.
∎ Execute and supervise all plumbing & sanitary work, HVAC works, A/C related works and fire-fighting works for all projects in accordance with specifications, cost, and quality.
∎ Monitor the installation, testing & commissioning works of all types of mechanical, electrical, plumbing & sanitary systems, equipment and fire protection & detection systems, etc.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and assessing them against the project schedule.
∎ Ensure work is executed according to contract specifications, approved design drawings, agreed on procedures, and method statements. Wastage control matters should be checked strictly.
∎ Implement strict adherence to safety rules and regulations and concern about safety of materials and manpower.
∎ Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports, with the objective of keeping the Head of engineering & construction informed about all issues relating to MEP activities and taking necessary action thereof as per the guidance of the Head of engineering & construction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Bachelor of Science (B. Sc) in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8 years' experience in MEP works.
∎ Candidates having Diploma in same sector with minimum 12 years' experience also encouraged to apply.
