∎ NESL now invites applications from competent candidates for the post of Mechanical Commissioning Engineer for employment with our prospective clients working in power sector.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform Risk assessment for the commissioning scope, conduct toolbox meetings.
∎ Preparation of commissioning execution and manning plan as per project schedule.
∎ knowledge of Steam Generation & Combined Cycle.
∎ Working knowledge and Hands-on execution of steam turbine accessory systems, lube oil, hydraulic oil, cooling water, steam turbine dynamic testing.
∎ Perform pre-commissioning inspections on Steam Turbine generators, Balance of plant, Once through steam generator and related auxiliary equipment systems.
∎ Responsible for verification and close out of all Safety critical elements associated with the package.
∎ Coordination of functional testing of commissioned systems and engaging the Operations Team when and where needed.
∎ Execute pre-commissioning and commissioning as per procedure and sign-off respective documents with Client representative for system closure.
∎ Prepare timely and accurate technical report for management and a reference for future.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant working experience in Steam Turbine generators (STG) - Mechanical Commissioning.
∎ Have proven project experience and skills within the field of Testing, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning execution and startup at offshore.
