Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, IPE or ETE from any reputed University
∎ Skills Required: BOM, CNF, Industrial & Production Engineering, Mobile Manufacturing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Mobile Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with internal and external support team, logistics and suppliers for the smooth and effective import of the raw materials and spare parts.
∎ End to end communication with the suppliers for the LC processing, shipment tracking, VOC claiming.
∎ Follow up with the CNF, forwarder for the ensuring cost and risk management for the consignments.
∎ Maintaining import/ export documents library, checking all import/ export documents
∎ BOM materials segregation in order to avail the optimum import tax benefit thus maintaining the import COGS within threshold.
∎ Coordinate overall import operation for the raw materials, jigs, machinery.
∎ Coordinating demand planning along with the URS for keeping optimal inventory, ABC analysis and movement of spare parts consumption over periods to ensure sufficient spare parts with alignment of the production team.
∎ Acting as an active member for the overall mobile phone wastage management system. Material requirement planning (MRP) for claim and importing sufficient FOC materials for the unbalanced WIP stock replenishment.
∎ Coordinating Insurance including store insurance ,claim of insurance and other legal term.
