Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the direct supervision and guidance of the Team Leader, MMS Project, the incumbent will lead the marketing team.
∎ S/he will work in developing the marketing plan of MMS, plan of demand creation strategies, developing all relevant BCC/IEC materials on MMS, ensuring high-quality MMS production locally, demand analysis, product requisition, planning, capacity strengthening of providers, organizing seminars, implementing and monitoring the MMS project both at national and local level.
∎ S/he will ensure the regulatory compliance of GoB and technical standard, protocol and guideline of donor and SMC.
∎ S/he will also collaborate with the project partners, TAG, IPHN, DGHS, DGFP, DGDA, donor, development partners and other relevant stakeholders to create a favourable environment for smooth implementation of MMS project at national level.
∎ This position will also play a critical role in building the capacity of different SMC branded network members (Pink Star, Blue Star and Green Star) for improving the nutritional status of pregnant women and their birth outcomes.
∎ The incumbent will share new knowledge/evidence and best practices through collaboration with relevant departments and personnel.
∎ S/he will provide technical guidance to the respective field team members for the effective implementation of the project related demand generation activities as well as ensuring quality of services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferably eight (8) years’ experience in marketing at a senior level position in Pharmaceutical product marketing or has experience in implementing nutrition-focused public health project/program.
∎ Preferably between 35 to 45 years’ age. For extraordinary candidates, age limit can be relaxed.
∎ Excellent in developing marketing plan and demand creation strategies.
∎ Excellent in designing different BCC/IEC materials, preparing work plan, organizing training, implementing and monitoring project activities.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent in MS Office application suite.
