∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cosmetics, Cosmetics Industry, Cosmetics Item, cosmetics marketing, CosmeticsToiletriesPersonal Care, Marketing skill for beauty and cosmetics industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience & Skill to develop a new Brand in a new region. Willingness to work with a Start-up company.
∎ Communicate a thorough knowledge of cosmetic product information: marketing initiatives, market research techniques, promotional venues, brand strategy, future challenges and opportunities that will influence the brand.
∎ Manage & lead the entire Sales Team and can do team work.
∎ Analysis Cosmetic Market and collect relative data and have ability to make decisions.
∎ Author and direct the creation of brand campaigns rooted in client objectives, audience insights, and a deep understanding of cosmetic marketing strategy across the full range of traditional and digital channels.
∎ Facilitate rich discussions with and lead presentations to clients and prospective clients regarding their current and potential brand campaigns.
∎ Foster strong partnerships with internal (creative, account, marketing intelligence) and external (agencies, vendors) teams to create client-centric.
∎ Extensive knowledge of local and global business launch strategies.
∎ Good Leadership Skill and ability to work with Start-Up Company.
∎ Candidates selected for appointment must agree to work for a minimum of 5 years from the date of joining.
∎ Prepare reports and submit them to the concerned authority on a regular basis.
∎ Assume overall responsibility for developing & achieving the annual sales target for the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years

Salary: Tk. 70000 - 130000 (Monthly)
