∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new formulations and modify existing product portfolios by making suitable & cost-effective changes in the formulations.
∎ Manage daily lab operations by optimizing resources, planning and coordinating activities with internal & external partners to meet launch timelines.
∎ Guide and nurture a team of formulators to manage overall critical deliverables with the first-time-right approach in terms of manufacturing scale-up.
∎ Generate ideas and create strategies as per the organization's brand policy and lead the creation of innovative & efficacious products in Personal Care.
∎ Anticipate brand requirements and consider technological innovation in line with the consumer & market need.
∎ Ensure regulatory compliance of all products that are developed for domestic & global markets.
∎ Ensure the product performance, stability, packaging compatibility, and preservative efficacy tests are performed as per global product standards.
∎ Ensure product information file, technical data sheet, safety assessments, labeling requirements, and claim substantiations are properly authorized & recorded.
