Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE
∎ BBA (in Marketing) or EEE is preferable.
∎ Candidates having Graduate / Post Graduate in BBA(in Marketing)/ MBA(in Marketing)/ EEE from any reputed university (Preferably IBA, NSU, IUB, East West, BRAC, BUET, IUT) (CGPA at least 3.50 in Graduate/ Post Graduate level) are eligible to apply. Candidate who has third division/ class / equivalent CGPA in their academic Career is not eligible to apply
∎ For exceptional candidates, educational qualification can be relaxed.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advertising & Promotion, Auto Cad, Brand Planning/ Development, Business development, Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, Market Research
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with different agencies and suppliers to earn business contract for the company.
∎ Formulate marketing plan in e-business area for brand establishment.
∎ Negotiate sponsorship deals for different events for the company.
∎ Able to create and maintain long term relationship with vendors, sponsors and other stake holders.
∎ Able to create design using Autocad.
∎ Able to work in timely manner and meet the target.
∎ Analyze the market regularly and identify new sales opportunities.
∎ Will be able to communicate in both Bangla and English.
∎ Need to maintain confidentiality about internal policy and decisions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 26 years

∎ The applicants should have good presentation skill.
∎ Ready to work under pressure and willingness to complete the work assignment on time.
∎ Strong negotiation skills.
