Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new model process with planning & preparing documents and validate total process and parameters for each production section including manual and automated stations.
∎ Monitor welding, painting & assembly consumables and instruments & identify and implement cost saving opportunities.
∎ Develop, conduct, and coordinate training classes for support technicians in application and validation of welding, painting process & assembly process.
∎ Facilitate the analysis and provide technical assistance to the assembly areas.
∎ Implement process improvements due to process failures and defects.
∎ Ensure accurate documentation of all parameters.
∎ Ensures all programs for automated stations have all critical documents developed and approved prior to release of profiles to production.
∎ Complete any other task associated with your job when assigned by the line manager.
