Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take charge of daily production, management, operations, safety in the factory.
∎ Establish and optimize rules, regulations, standard production procedures, employee behavior in the factory.
∎ Execute production plan, monitor the progress, schedule production tasks and standards, balance the production capacity with equipments and materials.
∎ Cost control plan for the production, control the cost in all the production processes, reduce unnecessary cost, avoid wasting.
∎ Take charge of production technology and quality, organize people to fix problems.
∎ Play a key role in the production safety, follow up the safety policy, regularly organize people to perform safety check,
∎ Guarantee the production safety, environmental protection, supervision to fix issues, make sure no accidents in productions.
∎ Manage maintenance department to maintain facilities & equipments in the factory, equipments management, propose plans of equipment updates,
∎ Regularly organize employees to do maintenance, improve equipments use ratio and keep them in good condition. Keep a normal production with equipments in good condition
∎ Comply with leader's request, complete the jobs assigned by leader in time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 6 years work experience as the manager of electrics equipments manufacturing company, familiar with production processes, work flows and operations of electrics manufacturing industry.
∎ Rich experience in production management, cost control, quality control.
∎ Familiar with ISO standard, 5S and the related processes.
∎ A team player, dedicated, communicative, responsible, hard working.
∎ Good leadership and presentation skills, able to work under pressure.
∎ Fluent in English speaking & writing, familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and etc), Chinese speaking is preferable.
