Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. According to inspection standards and regulations of our company, implement tasks like incoming material inspection, process sampling inspection, final product inspection and effective control of unqualified products etc.
∎ 2. Define every quality inspection standards.Master the key control factors and methods of various quality standards.Guide operators to operate correctly and achieve quality control standards
∎ 3. Have some cognizance of external raw materials, semi-finished products, or finished products’ quality in every steps of production. Find out the quality defects and make sure such defects won’t be appear in next process.
∎ 4. Sampling inspection with the raw materials, semi-finished products or finished products before store according to regulation. Once approved, specify the type, batch number and mark the words”qualified” on the warehouse entry form .
∎ 5. Identification, isolation, recording and centralized&timely processing for the defects. Analyze and improve the problems effectively. Then submit quality analysis and investigation report to supervisor in time
∎ 6. Get test sample as department manager’s requirements and methods. After analysis, classify and save samples properly. Record the analysis results accordingly.
∎ 7. Accurately complete the quality report task assigned by the department supervisor according to the quality statistical analysis requirements and methods made by the department.
∎ 8. Use the measure appliance to check product quality problems properly. Calibrate, clean and maintain the appliance regularly
∎ 9. Implement 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seikeetsu, Shit- suke) plan to ensure the production site is clean, tidy, comfortable and reasonable
∎ 10. Management the operator work under operation specification and equipment instructions during production period.Check if the class report records are in standard. Stop the violation and brutal operation in time and report to department supervisor. Tracking for the result.
∎ 11. Finis other works assigned by manager in time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1. Related major in secondary school and have practising certificate issued by your government.
∎ 2. At least 5 years related work experience that can be proved, a team player who is honest and friendly to colleagues, positive, good execution and cautious on work.
∎ 3. Fluent English speaking & writing, familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and etc), Chinese speaking is preferable.
