Job Context:
∎ Market dominated with Natural Gas since last 5 years fast depletion of natural gas created good opportunity for growth of LPG marketing.
∎ In view of changing scenario in NG availability, demand for LPG as a domestic/commercial fuel will continue to grow.
∎ Opportunity for using LPG for industrial use/ Auto fuel is being closely studied and explored,
∎ Being a joint venture company cordial relationship with shareholders is necessary.
∎ Working capital of the Company is managed through approved credit lines hence, its control and close monitoring is critical for smooth functioning of company. To reduce borrowings complete control on expenses is required.
∎ Supply cost is comparatively high due to geographical location and local issues (piracy, offshore facility constraints).
∎ Company has a good reputation and "TOTAL" is recognized as a strong brand in the country. Company has a dedicated and motivated staff with low turnover rate.
∎ Company is well positioned in the country to meet future challenges and market growth.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sustainable Business Model and LP for business growth and profitability.
∎ Product pricing & Commercial management for earning optimum GMC and develop market intelligence.
∎ Organize Board/ AGM meetings, comply legal requirements, maintain cordial partnership with shareholders.
∎ Organize procurement (import) of LPG, Cylinders including negotiate spot/term supply/shipping contracts.
∎ Business development target: 15% volume growth (above market), 15% market share, add new segment (Industrial Bulk, AutoLPG)
∎ Monitoring and control of regulations in the field of activity related to Labor, Factory, Environment, Hazardous Product, Transportation, Competition, Customs, anti-fraud, Quality, Employee welfare, Health and Safety.
∎ Oversee yearly Budget for Opex and capex and maintain close monitoring of actual with budget.
∎ Adherence to Group Procedures- Accounting, HR Policies, Sales Management, Purchases, Operation & HSE.
∎ Overall functioning of Company including Legal, Finance & Acct, IT, HR, Sales & Marketing and Safety.
∎ Achieve forecasted volumes, margins, and profitability.
∎ Closely track changing energy scenario of the country to act swiftly when opportunity arises for business growth.
∎ Timely submission of Group and local statutory reports including compliance to local laws & group olicies.
∎ Implementation of Group HSE rules, MAESTRO and MAESTRO-LOG and or Group recommended certification of terminal/plant/sites.
∎ Employee HR management, compliance to regulations, control on budgetary, financial & administrative parameters.
∎ Protection of company assets, reputation and brand enhancement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ More than 15 years in Oil & Gas downstream industry and +S years in Corporate management level.
∎ Additional qualification in "Business Administration/Management" degree and or Engineering will be an added advantage.
∎ Mature and experienced manager with leadership abilities, strong management skills, product knowledge and awareness of cultural differences.
∎ Cordial relationship with Government Energy Oil and Gas sector officials in country, French embassy and Business leaders.
∎ Flair for General Management.
∎ HSEQ Management experience in oil and Gas industry.
∎ Strong techno Commercial negotiation skills.
∎ Leadership, business acumen & excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to spot talents, nurture and develop.
∎ Skills in developing and implementing strategies.
∎ High ethical and moral values, high level of integrity.
