Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Bachelor degree from reputed public /private university
∎ Skills Required: Customer Support/ Client Service, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the sales team for their day to day requirement.
∎ Updated customers info file ( hard & soft copy) as per compliance requirement like trade & explosive license, TIN , BIN, NID
∎ Prepare new customers master data file & agreement copy for signing agreement.
∎ Issue introduction letter to new customers after signing the agreement.
∎ Prepare commercial proposal for the potential customers in consultation with the sales team.
∎ Prepare the AIT & VAT documents and as per Sales team requirement and send these document to respective distributors and customers as per sales team advise.
∎ Build, strengthen and manage client relationship through regular interaction, Communication and close follow up of their requirements.
∎ Maintain Customer data (Collected from Sales and Service Team), Service log (Service Team) and other sales data base.
∎ Active participation in all sales & marketing activities as per HOD- Marketing & Sales team direction.
∎ Assist the sales team for distribution of marketing & promotional material.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
∎ Candidate must be a female
∎ 2 years work experience is preferable
∎ Strong skills on MS word & Excel
∎ Strong team player with a can do attitude
∎ Strong interpersonal / communication skills
∎ Excellent English Language Proficiency
∎ Should know Bangla Keyboard writing
