Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any Public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): conostruction project Management, Public tendering, Tender bidding, Tender Preparation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, plan and implement business objectives and strategies
∎ Set ambitious goals for business growth and success
∎ Responsible for Budgeting, Resource Utilization and materials allocation for the Projects /sites.
∎ Monitor progress, providing financial control and ensuring project quality.
∎ Formulate cost effective plans and methods to enable effective completion of the projects.
∎ Provide necessary leadership guidelines and direction to teams for successful completion of projects.
∎ Oversee daily operations and implement policies and procedures relating to Safety, Security and others.
∎ Produce reports on each projects at agreed intervals, and whenever substantive actions are required.
∎ Establish appropriate relationships and communication with suppliers and other key people to ensure all material supplies, tools, equipment and human resources are for completing project works in time.
∎ Enough experiences on Public Tendering, Tender Preparations, Tender Bidding etc.
∎ Maintain close liaison with different Semi Government/ Government Organizations like RAJUK, PWD, PDB, Civil Aviation, DESA, WASA, Titas for project purpose.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experiences: The eligible candidate should have more than 15 years of experiences in Construction Project Management. Proven experience as Chief Engineer in PWD/ PDB/ Roads & Highways with strong leadership capability will be an additional advantage.
∎ Age limit: Below 60 Years.
∎ Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit.
∎ In-depth knowledge of different business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, banking etc.

Salary: Negotiable
