Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Managing Director is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and reports to the Board of Directors.
∎ He is responsible for overall coordination of Intraco Power management and administration,
∎ Corporate planning, business development and ensuring the compliance of Laws, Rules and regulations and others for good corporate governance.
∎ His other important tasks include development of rules, regulations and systems of the organization, legal functioning.,
∎ Supervision of all technical, financial and welfare aspects, negotiations with stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must possess at least 20(twenty) years working experience in management of large power Government organization(s).
∎ Experience as CEO/MD/DMD for BPDB or any of its subsidiaries companies is added advantage.
∎ Have experience in managing operation and maintenance of large electrical power plants if possible.
∎ Should have experience in implementing large power plant projects and project financing;
∎ Candidate serving below the post of GM or Chief Engineer or equivalent need not to apply.
∎ Knowledge in The Companies Act, Labour Law, Financial Laws & Rules, Procurement & Tax related laws & Rules will be preferred;
∎ Multidisciplinary qualifications will be considered as an added advantage;
∎ Should have good computer skills;

Salary: Negotiable
