Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. Engineering, preferably in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Director operation is responsible for efficient operations ,
∎ prepare operation and maintenance budget, advise and guide Chief Engineer(s) on operation activities .
∎ Ensure that the provisions of Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) are appropriately utilized.
∎ He has to develop new projects and ensure smooth implementation of development projects.
∎ He will advise Managing Director and the Board on capacity utilization, growth and development.
∎ Any other dutiesassigned from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must possess at least 18(eighteen) years working experience in large power sector organization;
∎ Should have experience in power generation;
∎ The candidate serving below the post of Superintending Engineer or equivalent need not to apply.
∎ Knowledge in The Companies Act, Labour Law, Financial Laws & Rules, Procurement & Tax
∎ Related laws & Rules will be preferred;
∎ Multidisciplinary qualifications will be considered as an added advantage;
∎ Should have good computer skills

Salary: Negotiable
