Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as a point of contact for sales department for all sales admin-related issues and provide support to sales force with a view to ensure smooth sales operation for the Company
∎ Oversee distributor management through distributors appointment, termination, area division, registration, final settlement, conference and ensure credit support for distributor (off season, Eid & Special occasion)
∎ Participate in all required strategic business and quarterly performance review meeting and continuously assist the management in formulating strategic plans
∎ Analyse distributors and wholesalers financial position, assist in training sales officers and analyse sales statistics and sales potential and monitor the needs and preferences of the customers
∎ Prepare and manage budgets to control operational costs. Collection of re-carrying bills, processing and forwarding for adjustments. Ensure Meeting bill adjustment. Accomplishing the various sales program vehicle maintenance bill, light box bill. DSR incentive bill. DA/TA reconciliation & submit.
∎ Monitor & coordinate the sales team's KPI, Appraisal, Final Settlement, Laptop, SIM, ID Card, Visiting Card, Dress Code & other logistics support
