∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: 2d 3D Design, MS Office, MS Project, Planning, Supervision, Time Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Billing and Costing, BOQ, Building Construction, Building Materials, Civil Construction works, Construction cost estimation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing detailed project estimation by estimating the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) & Materials of Quantity (MOQ) of all projects independently.
∎ Preparing master program of different projects by using MS Project and preparing variance report of each project with probable solutions.
∎ Reviewing structural and architectural drawings, sorting out the findings, taking solutions from the design departments’ responsible person & delivering timely to project personnel for implementation.
∎ Following up QC of the construction works as per QC guidelines.
∎ Coordination of all projects in regards to timely completion, ensuring quality & customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have drawing knowledge.
∎ Must be a team player.
Salary: Negotiable
