Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Promotion, Business Development, Customer Support/ Client Service, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Inventory management, Market Research
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Motor Workshop
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the entire process of the yearly planning for forecasting nationwide service and spare parts requirement and articulate the strategies to attain;
∎ Assessing project requirements e.g. service campaign, product demonstration etc., budgets and yearly time scheduling;
∎ Educate and train technical hands to disassemble and reassemble machines to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables;
∎ Listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues until the customer is satisfied;
∎ Design and implementation of customer feedback survey and interpreting and analyzing results and data;
∎ Investigating and solving mechanical failures, making improvements to vehicles in response to customer feedback;
∎ Develop appropriate control/monitoring management tools, guidelines and manuals for Regional Service Team and promote a zero-tolerance for violations of policies and procedures.

∎ Age 30 to 38 years

∎ A data-driven approach to problem-solving;
∎ Ability to multi-task and prioritize work schedules;
∎ Excellent communication and report writing skills;
∎ Accustomed with the use of ERP;
