Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil, Diploma in Mechanical, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the assigned work in accordance with the Project Quality Plan & ITP, applicable Project Procedures and Standards including Clients Project Procedures on Safety and Quality Control and along with the project schedule targets.
∎ Preparation and Implementation of Project Quality Plan and QMS (Quality Management System) as per the project and contract requirement.
∎ Responsible for the inspection, approval of materials and checking of all the finishing works.
∎ Carry out technical investigations, produce technical reports as per engineering standards and procedures.
∎ Establish and maintain a filing system of project documents like maintaining the Inspection Request Log, Cube register, steel testing register and other quality related documents.
∎ Establish in conjunction with planning group realistic schedules for construction engineering and lifting activities.
∎ Responsible for ensuring that all personnel in the group are aware of each Project's quality requirements.
∎ Taking care of the entire off site inspections & material tests.
∎ Ensuring all the tests are carried out on materials to be used on site.
∎ Taking care of all the structural inspections for slabs, columns and core walls.
∎ Monitoring of Construction Materials testing work and reviewing the reports as per the Standards and Quality Procedures.
∎ Preparation and clearance of punch list.
∎ Preparation, Review and Approval of Method Statements.
∎ Review and Approval of Mix Design for Concrete.
∎ Ensure the concrete poured is as per the approved mix design.
∎ Provide administrative and technical direction to all quality control personnel including personnel administration, resolution of technical problems, development/approval of in-house training, etc.
∎ Act as liaison with owner, regulatory agencies, subcontractors and internal departments on quality related matters as required.

Read Before Apply: Degree / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with following minimum relevant experience in implementing Quality Plans through training, inspection and audits. Should be well conversant with relevant Indian & International standards, ISO 9001, material testing procedures, concrete work, batching plants, RMC, precast components, painting, protective coating, waterproofing works etc. Knowledge in GOST specification is a must.Construction experience of which 3 - 7 years in QA/QC in tall structures like Natural Draft Cooling Tower, Chimney etc.15 years of construction experience of which 5 - 10 years in QA/QC in tall structures like Natural Draft Cooling Tower, Chimney etc.
