Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility to Maintenance & Utility department of an entire plant contains Boiler, Compressor, Generator and Weaving machinery.
∎ Lead & monitor regular maintenance works of all kind of garment, machinery
∎ Schedule maintenance of process, Boiler, Compressor, Generator, Lift, Mini Washing & dryer, AC, Utility machinery and Sub Station
∎ Preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery Weekly, Monthly/ Yearly
∎ Adhered to repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment related to modern Cutting, Sewing, Boiler & Compressor etc.
∎ List out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment's and machinery.
∎ Develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals
∎ Ensure the smooth function of utility services.
∎ Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort time after solved the faults.
∎ Ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 to 10 years in a 100% export oriented textile industry. The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
∎ Job Location: Sreepur, Gazipur.
