∎ Master's degree in Pharmacy (M. Pharm)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage injectable value stream from beginning to end
∎ Review and update manufacturing documentation associated with manufacturing areas
∎ Generate, update and maintain area SOPs
∎ Ensure compliance with cGMP and ICH through observation, training, and auditing
∎ Initiate and execute continuous process improvements
∎ Prepare production-monitoring reports and participate in analysis of product cost and budgeting process
∎ Analyze and make recommendations regarding capital expenditures and efficiency improvements in manufacturing areas
∎ Interact with all supporting departments (ex: Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Facilities, Engineering, etc.) to ensure production problems are dealt with appropriate quality considerations and promptly
∎ Schedule the validation of processes and equipment
∎ Ensure that all environmental monitoring limits are maintained in all areas
∎ Revise, create and ensure compliance with SOP related to process changes, regulatory guidelines, or as needed
∎ Create schedules, or work with scheduler, to ensure sufficient supply of final product to meet demand
∎ Assist in hiring and interviewing of new employees and provide coaching and counseling to area personnel
∎ Conduct performance evaluations, set objectives and maintain performance standards for area personnel
∎ Implement new projects of Sterile Plant complying GMP & cGMP requirements
∎ Monitor Lay-out of Cephalosporin Unit
∎ Prepare BOQ, BOM, URS and Comparative Statement (CS) for sterile machineries
