∎ Skills Required: Communication and Negotiation Skill, Experiance in Procurement Logistics, Inventory management, Knowledge of ERP Software System is Mandatory, Leadership and interpersonal skills, Local and Foreign Purchase, Reporting skill

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purchase Item:
∎ Cement bulk & bag (OPC, PCC, PLC)
∎ 20 MM downgraded crushed stone chips. Source from Vietnam, Dubai, India (Pakur). Purchase by L/C or locally cash payment.
∎ 12 MM downgraded crushed stone chips. Source from Bangladesh (Sylhet), India (Pakur), Vietnam. All items have to be purchased locally cash payment.
∎ Sylhet sand purchase from Jaflong, Chattak, Nalitabari, Durgapur from Bangladesh.
∎ Purchase chemical or admixture from BASF, Berger-Fosroc from India.
∎ Diesel for RMC-I (Gabtoli).
∎ All types of lubricant.
∎ All types of mechanical & automobiles equipment for batching plant, hydraulic pump, TM, pick up etc.
∎ All type of pigment, hardener etc.
∎ Hardware & electric item.
∎ New batching plant, TM, hydraulic pump, pick up, drum truck, open truck etc.
∎ Monitor and Manage L/C related work which includes, corresponding with buyers, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring, shipment, document retirement formalities and custom clearing, C&F Agent etc.
∎ Reporting Work:
∎ Monthly purchase report, Raw materials purchase report, CS report etc;
∎ Others Work:
∎ WO preparing, Bill making, Indent collection.
∎ Arranging meeting with vendor.
∎ Accounts reconciliation.
∎ BG work.
∎ Monitoring unloading work by crawler crane.
∎ Monitoring stone chips carrying work through shipping agencies.
∎ Negations work about L/C stone chips with different foreign & local vendor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Procurement experience in Ready-Mix industry.
∎ Sourcing, developing, executing & evaluating of potential suppliers.
∎ Coordinating & multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
∎ Ensure proper delivery of products.
∎ Contact to vendor for repairing & servicing (office assets & electronic equipment).
∎ Liaise among suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments.
∎ Coordinate supply chain process.
∎ Understand the business process.
∎ Strong analytical & Problem solving ability.
∎ Should be honest, sincere , proactive, innovative, energetic, hardworking, dedicated and target oriented.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Dynamic, Self-Motivated, Interpersonal Skill with sound job Knowledge.
∎ Organizational Leadership Quality and Management Capability.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
