Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement a maintenance management program that incorporates all preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance standards.
∎ Update maintenance management to meet the maintenance specifications of all equipment's manufacturers,
∎ Plan, organize, and control activities of plant maintenance to meet performance targets.
∎ Exert functional supervision over all the personnel assigned at the maintenance department of the plant.
∎ Administer & implement the Maintenance Management Program that includes plant outage, maintenance, and update maintenance procedure of all power plant equipment.
∎ Prepare day-to-day assignment of all personnel assigned to maintenance group.
∎ Manage and conduct periodic overhauls and required maintenance in accordance with the recommendations of the equipment manufacturers.
∎ Ensure QA/QC on materials, parts, tools, and equipment and discard if they are not in compliance with specifications.
∎ Responsible for maintaining the plant in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
∎ Monitor laboratory test results for water, lubricants oil & fuel and to institute necessary corrective measures.
∎ Coordinate with operations Manager to ensure optimum plant performance and profitability and support plant operations program.
∎ Assist in the implementation of Plant Safety & Security procedures.
∎ Handle warranty issues and claim.
∎ Provide annual budget and control expenditure.
∎ Assist Plant Manager for the preparation of O&M plan annual budget.
∎ To perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 08 years' experience in relevant field, specially in "Diesel Engine maintenance, repair, trouble shooting" etc.
∎ Experience in engine based HFO fired power Plant is preferred.
∎ Proactive, self-motivated and honest with leadership quality.
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Good Communication Skill
Salary: Negotiable
