Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic person who will look after the Manager/ Deputy Manager Commercial (Customs & Bond) 100% Export Oriented Footwear & Leather Goods Industry. The Job Location will be Factory (Arkandi, Muladuli, and Ishwardi) If Necessary, also at Dhaka Office (RRP Garden, B-15/1, Shimultola, Jaleshwor).
∎ Please do not apply if you have no experience in Footwear & Leather Goods Industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the Experience to face Customs audits and should have the ability to handle customs auditing and related issues independently.
∎ Exclusively responsible for the independent and smooth operation of Bond Licensing, Customs Auditing and related issues with customs Bond.
∎ Have vast experience of export LC and importing LC with UD / UP knowledge.
∎ Prepare yearly import and export customs statements for Bond audit.
∎ Ensure maintenance of compliance with all regulatory requirements as envisaged in Bangladesh Government Rules or foreign buyers' rules.
∎ All Customs clearance of imported materials, In-bond/Inter bond and Ex-bond/out-bond operation with BBLC process independently.
∎ To manage efficiently the customs & bond license audit, renewal and related activities & familiar with custom rules and import-related web portals.
∎ Update in-bond and ex-bond in bond register on a regular basis and maintain stock management & statement.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with Customs, VAT, and Bond.
∎ Applicant should have adequate knowledge of HS code, customs act and bond formalities.
∎ Obtain/renew all kinds of related licenses e.g., ERC, IRC, and Trade License, TIN.
∎ Update in-bond, ex-bond in bond register on a regular basis, general Bond Renewal.
∎ Obtain/renew all kinds of related licenses (Bond license, VAT, EPB, LFMEAB Fire License etc.).
∎ Any Other task Assign by Management.
∎ Also, have the knowledge to coordinate with working banks & factories regarding the fund.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent management leadership skills.
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge of MS office applications.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English & Bengali.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bond Licensing, Commercial and Bond Customs, Customs Auditing and related issues with customs Bond.
∎ Have vast experience of export LC and importing LC with UD / UP knowledge. Also knowledgeable in BBLC, U-Pass LC etc.
