Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure work-life balance of employees in such a way that comply with individual amenities & values by Integrating leave administration strategically.
∎ Substantiate a disciplined corporate culture through an efficient dashboard to the management; analyzing daily & monthly attendance and leave trends as well as pinpointing whether company code of conduct is maintained properly.
∎ Ensure a risk free work environment through preventing unexpected safety hazards and formulating risk mitigation plan.
∎ Ensure cost minimization in every negotiation & agreement activity such as rent negotiation, lease agreement, payment adjustment by developing strategic negotiation SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
∎ Assure there is no conflict of interest with the organization by developing a collaborative relationship with the parties
∎ Ensure efficient fuel & maintenance management of vehicles through proper administration of transport and vehicles issues of the organization.
∎ Ensure on time vehicle support to the Business Leaders through timely car maintenance & driver management so that they can provide their best service
∎ Ensure transparency in operating/ administrative expenses & strive for continuous improvement in existing distribution system with specific focus on best practices.
∎ Ensure longevity of every asset such as Furniture, electrical instruments & setting arrangements by confirming regular maintenance activities.
∎ Ensure a comfortable & enjoyable work environment by maintaining a soothing & reasonable atmosphere through proper management of Canteen, tea/ snacks arrangement, prayer room, conference room and support staff.
∎ Enable the business to control, engage and manage its people, process & operation in accordance with the organizational values and goals by developing & maintaining administrative policies and procedures
∎ Ensure smooth support to the businesses & customer needs through proper administration of all depots i.e protocol & security issues of vehicles, leave & attendance of staff, payment of rent (If any).
∎ Ensure smooth operation of all company owned houses, commercial spaces & dormitory facilities by monitoring & controlling the collection of rent & recovery, operating expenses, maintenance of fixed assets, timely disbursement of different utility bills and taxes etc.
∎ Ensure a positive attitude to visitors about company image by managing local & overseas visitant in a smart and professional way like provide protocol services, maintain schedule directives & arrange proper refreshments.
∎ Take care of team members through motivation, inspiration and guidance that encourages team bonding within the department.
∎ Maximize the potentiality of team members by developing & growing them through training, mentoring & supervising that contribute to the growth of the organization
∎ Maintain good relationship with Management by ensuring on time administrative and enquiry support which includes collecting information from reliable sources, maintaining records and preserving important reference documents with high confidentiality.
