Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for all the operational & administrative activities and inventory management of the depot or Distribution area.
∎ To ensure appropriate product loading and storing of the depot and efficient distribution of company products from depot to distributor’s / dealer’s locations in order to achieve company sales target.
∎ Ensure delivery of proper product at correct quantity (as per D.O) within prescribed time.
∎ Allocating vehicles and drivers to meet the delivery schedule.
∎ Communicate delivery and stock related matters to head of distribution and management
∎ Implementing cost reduction principles in all aspects of depot transactions and activities.
∎ Attend complains from customer and maintain close liaison with them.
∎ Constant monitoring of depot activities with an ultimate goal to minimize the distribution cost.
∎ Ensure 5s, safety and security of the depot or Distribution area.
∎ Check all the daily bills for their correctness, daily cash scroll and cash in hand balance.
∎ Analyze depot physical stocks, short / excess inventory and communicate corrective measures.
∎ Monitor Undelivered DO status, slow and nonmoving items and report to head office management
∎ Take corrective measures to avoid product damage or product shortage.
∎ Perform such other duties and responsibilities whenever assigned by authority time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have at least 5 years experience in distribution and logistics in uPVC pipe & fittings business.
∎ Must be good at MS Excel.
∎ Leadership skill to lead the whole distribution team.
∎ Must have good geographic knowledge to be able to plan for the right delivery sequences.
