Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pre-formulation study and Formulation Development of new products by manufacturing Lab and Pilot Batches (Tablet, Capsule, Powder for Suspension, Syrup, Suspension, Liquid Injection & IV Infusion, Powder for Injection, Lyophilized Injection, Pre-filled Syringe Injection).
∎ Preparation and Checking of Raw Materials Specifications.
∎ Determination of Finished Product Specifications for new products as per ICH Q6 Guideline.
∎ Reformulation, Cost- Effective Formulation, Improvement and Alternative source development of existing products.
∎ Problem solving activities related to manufacturing of existing products.
∎ Recording and maintenance of all documentation for development/ trial of any products' formulation properly.
∎ Performing of all operations as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) and GMP.
∎ Performing Stability Study of new products from Pilot Batches as per ICH Q1 Guideline.
∎ Preparation of samples for Drug Testing Laboratory (DTL) in case of INN products.
∎ Preparation of Recipe, Annexure, Stability Data of new products for Drug Administration.
∎ Preparation of Dossiers for Export purposes.
∎ Checking of Artwork, Shade Card & PMS for the Primary & Secondary Packaging Materials approval from Product Management Department.
∎ To be checked of all related documents including MFR, Process Optimization Protocol, Process Optimization Report, BMR, BCR, BPR, Product Data Sheet, and Process Validation Protocol for Commercial Production.
∎ Process Optimization and Process Validation of new products from 1'st four consecutive batches.
