Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE
∎ MBA or Similar degree will be added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Brand Promotion, Business Development, Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Leadership and Good Communication skill., Product Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execution of solar project sales and promotion.
∎ Communication with industry.
∎ Offer preparation & sales.
∎ Periodically reporting of the development activities.
∎ Execute marketing strategy for promoting SCUBE Technologies Ltd. (EPC and supplier) to developers, manufacturers, and govt. bodies.
∎ Participate in important conferences and seminars for brand promotion activities.
∎ Build relationships with various stakeholders.
∎ To coordinate with team members and align the sales process.
∎ To contribute towards the development of skills of fellow employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Professional experience of 3-6 years of sales, marketing & business development in solar EPC, Supplier, advisory, and consulting industry.
∎
∎ Must be proficient in English.
∎
∎ Excellent presentation skills and understanding of the business.
∎
∎ Knowledge in the certification, production, and testing of PV modules.
∎
∎ Computer skills in MS Office and general documentation tools.
∎
∎ Excellent team player.
∎
∎ Ability to work according to industry norms and standards to ensure a high level of quality.
∎
∎ Hard-working capability.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Provident fund, Performance bonus, Medical allowance, Tour allowance, Mobile bill, and sales commission as per company policy.
