Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chain shop, Super store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ set the quarterly ,half yearly & yearly sales targets.
∎ prepare new product selling plans for product introductions in corporation with senior management .
∎ Generate monthly reports which highlight : plan vs achieved sales reasons for shortfall etc.
∎ Outlet wise expenses control & monitoring /check physically ,find out cause why damage /wastage, deviation and action plan for control.
∎ Make plan how to make outlet profitable.
∎ Make promotional /offer plan & budget.
∎ Close follow up and monitoring of each activity (marketing & sales)
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction based on company's strategy.
∎ Daily report to management to target vs sales status , overall market and others competitor situation .
∎ Arrange manpower trained & development.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management .

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
∎ Strong computer skill & able to work under stress.
∎ Excellent analytical and time management skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in running a super shop independently and must have sufficient knowledge in over all supervision of the super shop.

Salary: Negotiable
