Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to manage the floor to lead the Engineers and Technicians including Servicing, Customer Service etc.
∎ Maintain standard environment of workshop .
∎ Responsible for ensuring excellent service by full satisfection to the customers.
∎ To increase the number of customer and make profitable the Workshop as per target.
∎ Manage the workshop and ensuring high quality business activities with maximum effort.
∎ Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline workshop operations.
∎ Ensuring the achievement of daily/monthly service target.·
∎ Ensuring customer satisfaction by proper servicing the vehicles.
∎ Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when required as per management requirement from time to time.
