Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping pharmaceutical products and materials.
∎ Develop and implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize stockouts, and prevent overstocking.
∎ Establish procedures for accurate stock control, including conducting regular physical inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring proper documentation.
∎ Collaborate with procurement and production teams to plan and execute timely stock replenishment, considering production schedules and demands.
∎ Design and maintain an efficient and well-organized warehouse layout to facilitate smooth material flow, minimize handling errors, and maximize storage space utilization.
∎ Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring they follow standard operating procedures, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to safety protocols.
∎ Maintain accurate inventory records, transaction logs, and other documentation as required by internal procedures and regulatory standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in warehouse/store management or a similar role.
∎ Strong leadership and people management skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
∎ Proficient in inventory management software and systems.
∎ Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
∎ Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, if required.
