Educational Requirements:
∎ A bachelor's degree/ MBA (will give preference) from well reputed university.
∎ Experience in supply chain management or distribution center of a Ceramics manufacturing company will be added additional qualification.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Logistic, Store/ inventory, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Supply Chain, Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The principal duty is to organize and monitor inventory levels to maximize efficiency. He must demonstrate skills, such as distribution scheduling and organizational planning.
∎ This position is instrumental to the distribution of products in retail chains, and assist with the training of employees to ensure a smooth distribution process.
∎ He should be able to schedule employee shifts as well as organize the product delivery and receive of products. Develop and implement a logistics process and distribute finished products.
∎ He will be responsible for managing storage warehouses or delivering products to retail retailer, dealer or customer.
∎ He will keep track of and maintain inventory and able Develop and implement a logistics process and distribute finished products.
∎ Candidates must possess job experience in retail or supply chain management. Candidates must be reliable, with a stable track record in inventory management and employee relations.
∎ He should able to lead a team of inventory or warehouse workers to receive and record new stock as it comes in and move stock onto trucks or shelves as needed.
∎ He will focused on time, making sure every item of stock gets to its destination on time and maintain stock of the products.
∎ He is responsible for managing inventory documentation, accurately record the quality, quantity, type, style, and any other characteristics of the inventory so that higher management has a clear understanding of what is and isn't available and get valuable information for marketing purposes and when determining strategies to effectively move inventory.
∎ He will arrange documentation for product storage and distribution. They complete forms when they deliver goods from the warehouse and note any storage issues, such as sell-by dates of finished goods.
∎ He is responsible for ensuring the right amount of stock to meet customer needs and also to avoid overstocking items.
∎ He have to communication skills as he will need to speak with coworkers (keep employees motivation and on-task) and customers on a regular basis.
∎ He will need to develop plans of action and asses those plans regularly and able to organize multiple orders, people and have to problem solving abilities when problem arise, or be ready to anticipate problems before they happen.
∎ He should be able to handle customer complaints and offer solutions to customer and dealers regarding finished product delivery.
∎ Able to direct the activities of logistics division and collaborate with marketing executives to ensure the products delivery at the optimal time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proactive and be able to anticipate issues rather than being reactive.
∎ SAP Experience will be given extra preference
∎ Superior interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities.
∎ Flexible and able to manage multifaceted projects along with day to day responsibilities
