Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Ceramics Engineering.
∎ Experience in producing Tiles & Porcelain company will be added additional qualification.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manager- Production usually perform Networking with professionals in management, motivating workers, checking quality standards met, meeting deadlines of production, managing the request for raw materials, communicating with staff, being responsible for health and safety, providing training and staff development opportunities
∎ Deputy Manager- Production is responsible for managing the direct staff in achieving the production and quality targets and ensure adherence to autonomous maintenance.
∎ Functional area should be production and maintenance.
∎ He will typically work in manufacturing plants where he supervise workers, oversee maintenance operations and maintain workplace safety.
∎ Preparing and monitoring preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment?s and machineries.
∎ Supervise supervisors, section in charge and workers to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity.
∎ Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.
∎ He should be Involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes.
∎ Ensure that goods are produced efficiently with the right cost, ensure production is cost effective and level of quality.
∎ Supervise and maintain the production process, drawing up a production schedule. Work out the man and material resources needed, and setting quality standards.
∎ Liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers. Work with managements to implement the company's policies and goals.
∎ Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed. Supervise and motivate team of workers. Review worker performance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate must have practical working experience in any Ceramics Tiles & Porcelain manufacturing company.
∎ Should have computer knowledge and good interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Skilled in English and Bengali.
∎ Capable of handling workforce.
