∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have working experience in renowned Real estate company and Industrial Projects as Manager (Utility).
∎ Should be able to communicate with RAJUK, DESCO, DPDC, TITAS, WASA, BTCL, and other Govt. offices related with (Utility).
∎ Awareness about Electric sanction load, establishment of transformer, sub-station etc.
∎ Must be aware about ETP, DAP and layout plan of real estate project including environmental clearance certificate.
∎ Should have interpersonal skill to maintain liaison with various officials of Govt./ Semi Govt. organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
